Due to the hard, irreversible costs of executing AI logic blocks and dedicating edge proxy bandwidth, all subscription purchases are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for partially utilized billing cycles under any circumstances.
Our ecosystem supports 1-Click native dashboard cancellations. If you choose to sever your subscription, your account will not be immediately downgraded to the Free tier. Instead, your payment gate will successfully drop the recurring charge, and your Metafinite application will gracefully retain Pro tier compute access until the absolute final microsecond of your currently paid cycle.
