- Your email address (for account creation)
- Webhook payload data (routed through your endpoints)
- Routing decisions and reasoning (stored in webhook_logs)
- API token hashes (never the raw token)
Section 2 — What we do with it
- Email: used only for account management and limit notifications
- Payload data: stored to provide your Live Tail dashboard. Not sold. Not shared with third parties.
- Routing decisions: stored so you can audit your webhook history
Section 3 — Data retention
- Free tier: webhook logs retained for 24 hours
- Pro tier: webhook logs retained for 90 days
- Account data: retained until you delete your account
Section 4 — Your rights (GDPR)
- Right to access: email legal@metafinite.com
- Right to deletion: email legal@metafinite.com — we will delete all your data within 30 days
- Right to portability: email legal@metafinite.com
Section 5 — Data storage
- Data is stored in Supabase
- Supabase is hosted on AWS (US region by default)
- EU region available — contact legal@metafinite.com
Section 6 — Third parties
- Supabase: database and authentication
- Vercel: edge hosting
- Cloudflare: CDN and DDoS protection
- Razorpay: payment processing (Pro subscriptions)
- We do not sell data to any third party
